profane language, fighting, mischief, vandalism
are all prohibited
Personal entertainment and electronic devices
may only be operated at accepted volume levels.
Photo and/or video devices may only be used
with prior approval from Centre Management
Leaving vehicles on Shopping Centre property
overnight without permission is prohibited
Distributing printed materials on mall property and/or
soliciting of any kind is strictly prohibited
Please refrain from abuse or damage to mall property or prolonged use of the shopping centre seating
Motorized wheelchairs or medical scooters must be operated at low speeds to ensure the safety of all visitors.
You will be asked to leave if you do not comply
Attire that may be considered objectable, constitutes a
disguise, and/or intended to conceal identity is not
permitted
Private property is any property owned by private persons
and not by the government or reserved for public use…A
store, for example, is private property. Privately owned
commercial properties are most certainly private property,
which may be open to the public for business purposes
and restricted at the owners discretion
